Childhood Scenes
“I speak about dreams, kites, calico frocks and sweet songs.”
Interesting facts:
Roller cars were probably invented by creative children living in urban areas. The cars are nothing more than a board with steel balls to make them move and roll. Children in cities throughout Brazil still play with these rolling boards; boys especially enjoy the challenge and opportunities to compete. They are normally made of recycled materials and demolition wood.
Description:
Play consists of building the fastest and smoothest rolling car, and then holding races.
